A state government funded program aimed at working with youth who are at risk of disengagement from school, family and/or the community.
GBNC’s youth program sits within a suite of support services that cover the lifespan, that is, womb-to-tomb.
who?
Supporting youth aged between 12 and 21 years
how does it work?
The Youth Support Service offers individual support tailored to that person’s needs. To build engagement with the community and peer support, sometimes one-off, small group activities will be developed and individual case managed support as needed. Counselling is available one day per week for individual and/or family groups.

Granite Belt Neighbourhood Centre is open weekdays
Monday to Thursday 9am -4pm (Closed 12.30pm - 1.30pm for lunch)
Friday from 9am to 12.30pm.
